On this day in 1888, Thomas Edison filed a patent for the first moving picture.
In honour of the occasion, I have decided to start work on a script. It will be called The Riv Fire River Beneath Within Ben Within and it is about a feminist named Roger. I'm on scene two already and it's actually fairly good so far.
You can all rest assured that the next edition of Advanced Rune Translation will no longer have that misprint on page 63; I have written the editors and they have assured me it will be fixed. They are also looking into using a charm that will make the pages ink-resistant after printing, to stop people from drawing on the runes and making them do rude things with each other. Er. So there we are. |
